You can find software that does all of these things and more for as little as $99, however, it is a good idea to verify the services before you sign up for them because not all give you what they say they will. If you already have a website, getting this software is cheaper to buy and easier to install. Whomever is designing your website can use the software to set up your ecommerce services on your website. Buying the ecommerce program is relatively cheap to get started.
You can always get a more expensive brand of software as your business picks up. you can find software at download.com, which is great for getting reviews too.
What happens after I get the ecommerce web site design?
After you purchase the ecommerce set up software, you will often need to set up an account with the software designer so that they can help you with financial transactions. Many of the account services with the software designers will cost you more money, but if you sign up with a good ecommerce hosting you may get the services for free.
I would not recommend the freeware versions of the ecommerce software because these services generally do not offer the right kind of protection and features as the paid versions do. Even if the reviews are not bad, you have to consider that you do not want to end up with software that is going to make you loose customers or money because it can't keep up.
