Photographs of specific property and surrounding land to help make potential buyers see what you have to offer.

Offer general advice and information about the current market in your area and rates.

If you can, offer real time market quotes or at least a link that will do it for them.

Including all of these things in your website will make it a lot easier to keep your current visitors and get some new ones too. You must also update your information as often as you need to in order to reflect the current market changes in your area.

What to keep out when you design a real estate web site

You do not need to include information about areas outside of your licensing area.

Your personal opinions about market trends, unless they are positive can stay out of your website because it encourages visitors to look elsewhere.

Keep all of your personal opinions off of your website because potential consumers may not like it.

Avoid adding links to other websites even if they are not in direct competition with you because you might be handing over many potential clients.
