But, if you do not have the time, or would like a higher quality design that you simply cannot find on the internet there is always ReallyReallyCheapTemplates.com - where I have purchased several already (another good template seller is www.templatemonster.com - you can reach it through Really Really Cheap Templates if you need to). Both of these template sellers have budget designs as well as more expensive ($50-$120) designs available.
Using your new web design template is relatively simple. In fact, it may be the most simple part of the whole process. Using your web editor (either downloaded free off the internet or purchased from Staples) you replace the sample text with your own. Everything else has already been prepared for you. Once your web site content has been completed you can start the exciting aspects of learning HTML and other more powerful internet languages.
After purchasing your template you may want to begin finding scripts which will make your site more appealing. Adding things like a guest book or a bulletin board (a community chat room) can make your site "stickier".
To learn more about HTML, PHP, CGI or other powerful languages visit www.hotscripts.com. For a fully customizable, easy to install, and fun to use bulletin board visit www.phpbb.com (you can have it downloaded and running in a half hour).
