What can I do if someone is using my name for their web site domain?
"Well, that's just dandy! " Jesse thought before deciding what to do. She still needed a web site and she still needed a domain name for her portfolio. So, she began thinking. She began coming up with different ways of combining her names, her ideas, her vision into a comprehensive package for prospective employers, critics and anyone else interested in her art.
Jesse sat down and came up with a list of potential domain names. From there, she began to enter them into her internet browser to see if somebody already had laid a claim to them, when she found one that didn't have an owner, she decided to register that name instead for her web site.
So, when it comes down to it, a bit of creativity can go a long way; Jesse learned this when she confronted the problem of someone using her name for the web site she envisioned. Just keep your head up, like Jesse did, and find a new name to take your web site into the future.
