Have you any experience with web hosting? No? Than you would be better getting a dome from Lycos or Angelfire, they aren't the cheapest but they offer the most help. You do have experience? Then you can chose Registersite, but be warned you will need to have your site on a free site first and then have it re-route to your domain name. Why is registersite only 10 American dollars a year? Because they do not actual host your site, you do not store any information on their databases.
In truth this is more like domain registration than it is hosting. It is a bit of a hassle but if your primary goal is to save money, then this kind of host may be the type for you.
Go figure, set up is most often the hardest part of any site. Cheap hosts are harder to work with as they offer less add ons and help than the more costly hosts. If you have no experience with this I strongly recommend you chose a more costly host, the kind that charge 20 or more dollars a month, they may be more expensive but since they host your site on their servers, they can help you get it up and going. Since having a site is extremely important to getting an online business started, it will likely make up for the cost in a short amount of time.
You will have to do everything yourself with a cheap host. There are no frills or extras with cheap hosts. Go to Google and related sites and get your link up in order to advertise. Join online phone books and in only a matter of time your cheap domain will be helping your business flourish. Good luck to you and you online ventures.
